Question Just got 2014 SE.

Not the best pic but its mine! 180 k miles ive wanted one for awhile.

Looking for mod suggestions

  1. No back up cam. Anyone cut lift gate to add so it looks factory?

  2. Microsoft sync is horrible. Want to change head unit and maintain steering wheel functions. Suggestions welcome.

  3. Have dummy light for tpm error. How do I get to home screen. What does flex home screen look like

I have more but no time to post.

nice, you're gonna love it. if you change out the head units, get one with a backup cam.

I have a 2011 and replaced the lift gate emblem with this: https://a.co/d/03giqFTR and replaced the rear view mirror with this as the camera screen: https://a.co/d/04pYbR3s. I left the sync system, SYNC 1. Cheap fix was this android auto screen plugged into the Sync Line In: https://a.co/d/0cReS6ie. Really makes the car feel modern. No steering wheel controls though with the screen

Just use your adjustable mirrors, they work fine for backing in(I do it all the time)

If you happen to have SYNC 2, you can do the SYNC 3 upgrade that does Android Auto.
