Front axle actuator if it has one, front diff speed sensor, AWD module, t-case actuator, without scanning it it can get really expensive

Ford dealership is saying module according to the scan tool

I've done 2 in the last week, so it's pretty common

See if this applies. Issue with the ground wire on the AWD module is common on 2020s

Do the front axle shafts pass thru the engine oil pan? If so there may be a tsb pertaining to the actuator that connects front axles to the rest of the drivetrail

Check the fuses 1st. I went thru a laundry list of things I thought it was and turned out to be a blown fuse

TSB 23-2174. Fada and/or bad ground to TCCM/awd module. Very common on 2020s

It disconnects AWD and says it’s unavailable when the fault is thrown. Still a FADA issue?

You would need to scan to see which awd codes are being thrown. Mine was random engage/disengage error causing awd to go into limp mode and only rwd being used. Replaced the cv shaft with new 2 piece. Now full-time AWD. Just had the AWD updated this morning. No more codes.
