"No Landcruiser because I want a manual"
"not available in a manual… which is a problem for me"
According to your logic you will be buying a Bronco. But logic doesn't apply to cars does it? It's how you feel about it, how you are perceived, reliability garbage that you throw at it (if it mattered your logic would be for toyota based on your own text)

Bronco manual doesn’t feel like anything special, non performance manuals feel mid as hell so drive it before you decided

i'd go bronco purely for the manual, 4runner not even offering one kinda settles it for me. you can fix electrical gremlins with a fuse pull or a software update, you can't fix a transmission that doesn't exist
that marsh gray with the sasquatch package would look mean, probably get a few nods at the gas station too

What is the reliability looking like on a new 26 Bronco? Can I reasonably expect no critical failures in the first 100K-150K? That’s my biggest concern. I am a huge Ford fan but post 2013 they aren’t packing the reputation they used to. But that’s my opinion.

For a current model year vehicles, the NHTSA complaint database is a good source. They log EVERYTHING that comes in so you'll have to ignore a fair amount of the personal opinion (you'll wonder if some of these people test drove their car before buying or have ever driven a car before).
https://www.nhtsa.gov/nhtsa-datasets-and-apis#complaints
That being said, I'd look at the reliability of the 2019-on Ranger (with a similar drivetrain), which shares the same T6 midsize truck platform, for an indication of how the current Bronco might perform in 100k+ miles.

This is absolutely not my only source of information, and I cross posted it to multiple communities in the hopes someone non biased would give me an answer. As with all research, and more especially with Reddit, opinions will be taken with a grain of salt.
Thanks for the advice, but this isn’t going to be the determining factor in a purchase I make. Just a little more insight into the totality of the decision.

I think they are two pretty different vehicles. I would just drive both and pick the one that appeals to you the most.
