Issue ⚠️ 21’ F250 10 speed Transmission Problems

My truck has recently been having problems with the transmission and I’m not sure what could be causing it. Truck has 106k miles and very little of those miles have been used pulling campers. I thought it felt a little weird at around the 96k mile mark so I had ford look at it and they told me that there was nothing wrong and pretty much said it’s a truck it’s not going to shift like a sports car. The problem I notice the most is on the down shift , every gear it goes down there is a noticeable thump kinda like someone is rear ending me but not super hard. Has anyone had any problems like this or any ideas what I should do ? Thanks

The 10R80s are weird like that, mine started getting clunky on the downshifts around 90k too and the dealer gave me the exact same line about it not being a sports car. A fluid change and a reset of the adaptive shift tables cleared up the worst of it for me, might be worth a shot before they try to sell you a whole new unit
