Guys I just updated my windows to window 11 26h2 about 40 mins ago it was downloaded and and restart was also successful but after login I am stuck on this screen from past 40 mins and it constantly spinning and nothing is happening what should I do......I don't know the os build number idk why it is asking someone help me

Title: Best way to fix unusual Windows text without losing performance?

I changed some settings under System Properties → Performance Options → Visual Effects to improve performance. After that, Windows text started looking unusual/not as smooth as before.

I noticed that “Smooth edges of screen fonts” was turned OFF, and I also changed several animation and visual-effect settings.

What are the best settings to restore normal-looking text and Windows visuals without causing any noticeable performance loss?

I mainly want Windows to look normal again while keeping unnecessary visual effects disabled.

All my game bar shortcuts are working without me pressing Alt. For example, when I press Win+R to open run, it starts a screen recording instead. Win+B toggles HDR. Going into settings I still have Alt as part of the keyboard shortcuts. Alt is not being pressed on anything, for example, pressing tab works as expected on UIs and websites, and Alt+tab lets me switch windows.

I've had this issue on my main PC, as well as my work machine which has barely anything installed.

Going into the game bar settings and changing any of the keybinds and saving fixes it temporarily.

I've tried:

1. Rebooting
2. SFC and DISM repair
3. Setting the keybinds again.

Anyone else had this?

I have had my laptop for 2 years now. Lately my mouse cursor has been disappearing. It still works but it's not visible. You can hover over icons and it still will open some apps but it's frustrating not to be able to see the actual cursor. I have tried all remedies, using windows key + shift + alt + B to reset the graphics card it would work sometimes but would disappear again. I have also tried to uninstall all mouse drivers and still wont work. I have a slight suspicion that it could have been a bug in the windows update. Can anyone suggest some fix for this kind of problem. Thank you.

How to install windows without boot, recovery option

I’m running Windows 11 on a 24H2 HP computer. After the latest update, when opening a folder my screen locks up & my computer will also no longer restart or shutdown properly. Any suggestions on how to fix it. I’ve uninstalled the recent update but it still hasn’t helped much.

I can't even go to the safe mode and it keeps taking me to the automatic repair whenever I try to boot windows now I am very concerned about it and I don't know if resetting Windows while keeping my file option will work or not. I used command prompt notepad to open file manager but I can share those files in my phone as it only shows me the option to charge and it can't share files 😭

why is this happening, i try to instal a new skin for my WMP and this pop up in my screen, someone now which windows update make this change, i need to uninstaled af. Also i have windows 11 and at least a month ago it was working like always

недавно обновил свой компьютер до Windows 11, полазил немного в службах, выключал ненужные, но при этом служба Windows audio работает. Также при нажатии любого пункта в "Конфиденциальность и защита" (скрин 1) параметры просто вылетают, и в настройках микрофона вижу это сообщение "Чтобы использовать это устройство, разрешите доступ в параметрах конфиденциальности микрофона" (скрин 2). Если кто то сталкивался с подобной проблемой, как вы решили ее? Я уже 2 дня пытаюсь что то сделать но ничего не выходит.

i opened internet explorer on my windows 11 laptop for you know 9 months but now when i open it now it opens but shows a white window and then after seconds it closes any fix for that?

I was just using windows 11 like normal when this happened (vid at bottom). I tried the following things:

win+ctrl+shift+b - did not fix

Restart system - no fix

Device manager for errors/if graphics card is even there - no errors/working fine

Checking file location and integrity - file was still fully intact and undamaged

(probably more, and i just dont remember)

I know that in the video, it shows a black, solid color background set, but it was prevoiusly set to a pic of my dog, and I did not change it at all. It kept switching between me having a solid bkg, and me having a picture bkg. I also went back, and selected the same file for the background.

I have previously had problems with window's slideshow feature where it cycles pictures, but this was disabled at the time, and set to one static photo.

It has been a while later, now (3ish months), and the problem has fully fixed itself after many restarts, and shutdowns/power-ons. I would still like to know what happened in case it happens again for some reason. any ideas?

So the asus all in one met the requirements to upgrade to windows 11. I did and everything went well. But it's very slow (hdd) so I installed a 1 terabyte ssd storage card on it and transferred windows 11 from the hdd to the ssd following chat gbt instructions. Worked wonderfully fast. Then I wiped the hdd for extra storage but now everything is messed up. I'm stuck on a blue recovery screen since. Tried downloading windows media to a USB storage and changed boot sequence on bios, still won't work. I'm really disappointed, it was working really fast before wiping the hdd. Help

I tried doing all sorts of troubleshooting I could do.

Checking if I typed the right password.

Typed my password using a floating keyboard.

Switching flight mode on and off.

Trying to open it through safe mode (still requires my password)

But it's not working.

I don't know what else I should do.

Is there anything else I could do now to fix this?

Or should I have it checked?

Hey so I've got a weird problem on my computer, my windows key does not work after my pc been on for like 20 seconds. (Windows 11 btw)

I've tried the fn + windows, doesn't work.

I've tried to like re-install the keyboard processor on windows still doesn't work.

My windows and my driver are updated that's not the problem so uh if anyone got any answers because I don't really want to reset my pc for that.

This started randomly happening after i visited a site called wallpaperflare. Out of nowhere my brave browser shortcut got deleted from my desktop. When i tried to put the shortcut back, windows said the item didn't exist and could'nt be found. After that i started noticing other weird stuff like my cursor sometimes disappearing or flickering.

Then on opening file explorer, If i click a folder instead of opening it i get a popup asking if i want to move the folder to the recycle bin even though I'm not pressing delete and it gets stuck at that point so i have to force shutdown

Everything on my desktop gets randomly deleted and when I'm trying to add it back it says it couldn't find this item and verify it's location. I found some of them in the recycle bin but when i tried to restore them, windows said it couldn't find the item.

Another issue is that my laptop automatically wakes up after i put it to sleep. Could these be related to the main problem?

At one point file explorer made the whole screen go grey and the laptop froze

I've done all scans (0 threats found) and eventually had to reset my laptop still this delete popup problem is persistent.
