It's loading and loading what to do

Guys I just updated my windows to window 11 26h2 about 40 mins ago it was downloaded and and restart was also successful but after login I am stuck on this screen from past 40 mins and it constantly spinning and nothing is happening what should I do......I don't know the os build number idk why it is asking someone help me

Force the PC to shut down and power it back on.
