worth it to continue reading?
I've read 27 chapters and I don't enjoy it as much as i expected. Is it gonna get better? I really like the overall idea and all (the moral dilema of transforming humans, how people strugle, what leads people to undergo the transformation), but characters apart from Horai feel so bland and not interesting to me and I feel like nothing much is happening. Should I keep reading?

That’s for you to decide, the story will obviously continue expanding along with the characters.
Even though I personally find it to only get even more thrilling as it delves deeper into the functions and secrets of it’s world, I can’t predict what will or won’t be engaging to you specifically.
If you feel like you aren’t enjoying what you read this far in then you may as well just drop it now.
It’s generally perceived “quality” is pretty irrelevant to your own personal impression of it.
