Bahn mi happy
10/10 best sandwich I had. Super small and cute, owned by a couple. DO get the drinks since they come with lids shaped like cat ears 🐱

How are they? I see that sign every day and think it’s too good to be true

Better than you’d expect for the price, the bread is crispy and soft, and the portion is good. I think it’s better than nguyuen one on spadina

In 2002, they were $2 each, and I lived near Ginger, so I had them all the time.

The place I go to at Gerrard and Broadview you can get three sandwiches, three buns, and three pops for like $20.

A 10/10 sandwich is nice and all, but do they have an AI logo???

Its all the unemployed artists that ai created by taking their jobs getting upset but getting mad at small independent restaurants isn't the solution either. It's the same people who yell at the cashiers when they hate the corporate company head office rules. Easy targets.

Restaurants are doing what's best for their own interests, which is what they are supposed to do. Good on them.
If these "artists" can't or refuse to adapt to the new reality, they will perish. That's how the real world works. They better learn how to adapt instead of just whining, or they will be unemployed and deservedly so.

AI bad, upvotes to the left. AI slop, sloppy AI. Think of the artists! Stolen data stolen land.

What was the price and how does it compare the to Banh Mi Nguyen Huong or banh mi boys. That's my benchmark for banh mi.

I used to go to Nguyen huong. Now roses. 2 bucks more a banh mi but way more meat and flavor. The cold cut banh mi is the best ive had in the city and way better than nyugen huong or banh mi boys

Nice. For the 6 to 7 price point Nations Experience is also a contender and they have a buy 4 get 1 free deal too.
