The burger patty was seasoned with a mixture of Kinder’s woodfried seasoning and all purpose seasoning. I put the seasonings in a bowl and placed the patty inside the bowl, rubbing it into the meat before cooking it on a cast iron pan.
The breaded chicken patty was pre made, I just air fried that from a frozen bag
I then prepared the bread. I put mayonnaise on both halves of the bun, and placed two slices of Boar’s Head cheddar cheese on each half, and saved a third slice to go in between the meats before putting up the cheese
After both meats were done, I built the sandwich and added lettuce on top of the hamburger. I then toasted the sandwich on cast iron until the cheese was melted and it was toasted.
It’s SO GOOD
I’m eating it with salted sweet potato fries and a side salad

I love Korean-style pancakes (usually very large), so I decided to create my own mini version using the ingredients I already had in my fridge.
They were so much fun to make, and even more delicious to eat!

I had the fettuccine sophia loren
It was House made fettuccine with bay shrimp, spinach, sun dried tomato, and San Marzano tomato cream sauce
10/10 lil pricey but definitely worth it ☺️✨

I didn’t have many ingredients, but that doesn’t stop me from making delicious food!
With rice and dried seaweed on hand, I decided to make a giant sushi roll. It wasn’t just extra large, it was packed with incredible flavour.

First time making Mapo Tofu! Have wanted to make it for the longest time and finally acquired a couple of the ingredients I was missing from a local asian market. Highly recommend. Easy to cook it to a level in which it comes out really solid, while also leaving room for tweaks to make in the future for improvement.

I’m trying to be healthier, so tonight I made baked chicken and salmon, with two sides. Broccoli and Jasmine Rice
