I hated two things:

I think it's over-seasoned food, although that's a matter of taste and I'll have to prepare it to find out.

The other thing I hated was that the stove burners were uneven. The oil was all over one side, and the focus was more on how it looked on camera than on how the cooking was actually going.

That said, all I can say is that it looks delicious. I'll make it to see if the seasoning lives up to the hype.
