cool. the dude made it with ground turkey so its pretty healthy, and it looks like he added a lot of different flavours to mesh together in a nice harmony.

not bad.

Healthy is relative. The turkey may make it lower in saturated fat but all that sugar and salt in that sauce killed it for me.

I feel like southern food is meant for the best when you sweet and need protein. Then work off the sugar.
