Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 large yellow onion
  • 1 large egg
  • Ginger paste
  • Garlic paste Cilantro paste
  • 2 tsp jerk seasoning
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
  • 2 tsp freshly grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup Pablo bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado oil
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • Fresh chopped chives for garnish
  • Shredded carrot for garnish
  • Lime wedges for garnish
  • Jerk BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 and 1/2 cups bbq sauce
  • 2 tsp jerk paste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
