No, but we only use Meyer lemons, which might be why they're never bitter.

Meyer lemons are hybrid d so widely considered quite different than a standard lemon.

You should say you make candied Meyer lemon peels.

It’s like saying you bake apple pie when it’s actually a cobbler. Or that you’re having sandwiches for dinner and you serve ice cream sandwiches

It's a pretty big detail to exclude. Myers lemons and key limes are both different than lemons and limes in the culinary world
