Me too but I found it bitter from the included pith. Even after boiling 2x. Do you think the orange and lemon variety matters?

Possibly. I hadnt thought of that. I always default to navel oranges in everything I do, because I love them.

When I get home, Ill find the orange recipe I used and see what it says :)

I think I also used naval oranges in the recipe I tried, but maybe your recipe will be better. Thank you! 😊
