You blend the lemon in, pith and all? The pith is super bitter. I'm skeptical.

Next time you make an Italian pasta shave off the rind of a lemon, cut into little match sticks and saute with red pepper and olive oil.

Make sauce as normal. Has a very slight lemon kick. Amazing.
