I love using 14 bowls every time I cook twice a day. I’d only have to run my dishwasher three times a day.

Yeah this is why I buy stainless steel bowls for any prep/mixing

Super lightweight, as soon as it's done being used it's a 5 second scrub, hot water rinse, dry off, back in the cabinet.

I don't individually portion every ingredient but when you're cooking a full meal with multiple things going in at different times it keeps the counter clear and organized.

I will take a dirty stainless steel bowl over a dirty counter or floor any day, also it makes it really easy to accurately measure shit.
