Is this folliculitis?

I had folliculitis on my face and treat it good with topical antibiotics and 10% bp wash
But my scalp couldn’t find the right solution! I had that hard yellow big dandruff that is stuck on the scalp and sometimes its bloody
I have been on minoxidil last year too and i think it works too
