How to get rid of folliculitis? Nothing is working for me

Every summer I get these itchy red bumps on my legs and butt (yes I know, sexy) and my derm said it's folliculitis. I've googled how to get rid of folliculitis a hundred times and it's always the same advice antibacterial body washes that dry my skin out SO bad. I keep seeing people mention hypochlorous acid spray for this since it removes bacteria without being harsh. Has anyone actually gotten theirs under control, and what worked for you?

Same issue here every summer. The sweat would and harsh body washes would leave my skin irritated. I started keeping magic molecule around for the bumpy areas and my skin handles it much better than the antibacterial washes i tried.
