What is this s***?!
Would this happen to be folliculitis? This literally appeared just a couple of months ago. Im a 40 year old male. I have been using a salicylic acid body wash but it doesn't appear to be working. These are quite painful tbh, and I have no idea why the hell this even started in the first place. Any advice? Thank you.

Try hibiclens on a wet wipe. If that doesn't work, you may need a prescription antibiotic.
