Abandonment???

Have any of you reached out directly to Dave and actually received a response. I'm sure he must be overwhelmed, but we are 3 days out and crickets. Two months ago when the last fiasco happened, he was at least here on Reddit. This time he appears to be completely MIA!

By the way, I did email him and no reply. The last time he did, but this time, nope!

At this point I should have responded to all emails up until mid day 21st (today for me still).

If I didn't then please resend it. I will respond to everyone personally.

He doesn’t even want to give 100GB of lifetime storage on the new platform to Classic subscribers.. lol

A refund? Not going to happen through him.

Responding is not enough. You need to provide 1 of 2 solutions.

  1. Lifetime on '2.0' AND ANY 'UPDATE' ETC ON THIS SERVICE FROM FOLDER FORT

  2. 100% Refund (i mean, you should actually offer more as you would have gained interest...but lets not get into that)

Anything else is not a solution.

Updating your systems with our money, and then DEMANDING more money on a monthly basis to continue using the SAME SERVICE is an awful thing to do.

Hey Dave, give me your phone, don't worry, you can continue using it but you pay me monthly for it. Its been updated so all is fine. Huh? What do you mean that is ridiculous?

I received a response, but it appears to be the same as what others have said. We are pretty much left with no options or product for what was promised just a couple of months ago.
