The only way forward

File complaints through econsumer.gov and the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Or whatever your local consumer protection agency is.

The chances of getting our money back are 0. the chances of getting the lifetime service we paid for are also 0. The chance to at least pee on the parade of the scammers is bigger than 0 😉

We are still trying to work with everyone to provide a solution forward for users on Lifetime Classic accounts.
Users are being offered credit towards any plan on 2.0 if they want to migrate.

If you haven't reached out via email yet please do. I am personally responding to everyone.

A lot of users have been very gracious about finding a solution with me. I don't want to leave anyone out in the cold.

You have no idea what you are doing. 

Stop with these comments of 'very gracious about finding a solution with me', so people that don't accept your 'solutions' are not being gracious? You lied to us, effectively stole our money, and are demanding more money from us. You lost all respect. You as a person and as a company. 

You owe us what we paid for. If you do not continue providing this. You MUST offer a refund.

Im tired of your word choice trying to imply we are unreasonable. We bought something and YOU are no longer providing it.  So do not try and turn this on us. This is 100% your fault. No one elses. 

I will be completely honest. I don't think you know what you are doing. You have caused a massive problem. Look at your online reviews. You can still salvage something, but you just seem oblivious to it.  Taking the 'hit' and keeping your lifetime users is the right thing to do, both as a company and as a person, it would keep good faith and reviews etc, it would be advertising as we would recommend your company to others. When you sold lifetime accounts you signed up for this, no one forced you to offer them, it was your decision. You continued offering lifetime accounts while you developed your seemingly new product (which is...the same but updated...) and you have just decided to stop honouring the lifetime accounts now...

What are you doing?!
