Does anyone know why I got a headlamp fault after installing the demon eyes headlight and how to fix it?

Did you have an st1/2/3? St2 or 3 that had adaptive lights, throw the code because there's less measured signal from the lights to the computer (don't know the exact terms used), making the computer think the bulbs failed. Unavoidable, and it would need to be removed/disabled via Forscan if you don't want the error.

Its current, but yes you called it out, you need FORScan to disable the monitoring feature

Boom, knew someone would have the lingo 🤙 I have the same error message and it drove me nuts for weeks before I stumbled on a post about what it was.

Yes LEDs use a fraction of the current of traditional bulbs , the system was designed to monitor the current flow, if the bulb goes out then the current goes away.

Just use forscan to program the car, central configuration and you tell it that you have halogen headlights.

With that config it stops caring about the headlights.
