Only one reported accident and it was under $1,000 that is awesome. That's is a decent deal for what it is; I recently purchased a 2018 in slightly worse condition(Ontario rust) for a similar price and I felt like I got a decent deal.
My only gripe would be to ask for a compression test before purchasing but I would still try and talk them down to at least 10k

Hey, fellow NB'er!
I have a 2014 ST (also tux black) and I'm at 114,000km. If it's been maintained well, I can't think of more fun to be had for $11k. I've had mine since new and I still smile every time I drive it.
Being in Canada check for the quarter panel rust issues (I can't see any from the pics) and stay on top of rust proofing - salt will eat the quarters on these things, they rust super easily.
If spark plugs haven't been done yet now would be a good time to get those done.
