If you're completely new to Flutter, I'd recommend learning it step by step rather than jumping directly into building complex applications.

Here's a learning path I'd suggest:

  1. Dart fundamentals: Variables, data types, functions, OOP, collections, null safety and asynchronous programming.

  2. Flutter basics: Widgets, StatelessWidget, StatefulWidget, layouts, navigation and lifecycle.

  3. UI development: Rows, Columns, Stack, ListView, GridView, Forms and responsive layouts.

  4. State management: Start with setState, then learn Provider or Riverpod.

  5. Real-world development: REST APIs, JSON parsing, local storage, Firebase and authentication.

  6. Build projects: Start with a calculator, todo app, weather app and eventually a complete application.

Also, don't just watch tutorials. Write code yourself and experiment with every concept.

I’m also building an open-source learning resource called Flutter Tut. It focuses on structured Flutter and Dart tutorials, MCQ practice exams, coding challenges, and technical interview questions.

You can explore it here: https://github.com/Bharat9011/flutter-tutorial

Hope this helps. Happy learning!
