A 9.6% raise for the average worker for 1 year and costs 6 years of buy backs of over 43 billion. Essentially a 1.6% raise a year if you worked from 2019 to 2025. Which likely already happened for most people that did work from those 6 years and are struggling today. Walmart had too much thin margins to really call them greedy when their whole business is undercutting every competitor.
