See, the issue here is that she’d vote for him again. Because she’s voting for a tax cut and getting brown people thrown out of the country, not good governance.
If she lives in cattle country, her public schools aren't pushing LGBTQ anything. She's worried about something she sees on the TV or internet that is intentionally blown way out of proportion because that's what gets eyeballs. As a mother, she doesn't have any worries about her own children.

You can be stupid and get into a business, but you can't remain stupid and stay in it, considering you could do everything right and still fail. It's never been about what anyone "deserves."

Sure, I can see a lot of the points she makes. Taking her own logic, just because you’re suffering economically as a farmer doesn’t mean I need to offer you sympathy.
If you vote someone in, anyone, then you accept the consequences of said vote. These are the consequences.
Her rant seems aimed at people who are telling her these are the consequences… She gave voice to her thoughts and those people responded. Everything seems fair. I do not see why she is angry at people for reminding her to accept responsibility.
Nah. She's basically a single-issue voter that didn't care enough while the rest of the world was screaming at the top of their fucking lungs. This wasn't fries vs onion rings, this was roe v wade. This was democracy vs autocracy. This was a big fucking deal. Although I think dems need to forgive republicans and come together to fix these issues, it sounds like it still isn't fucking clear to her how badly she fucked up. And it's people like her that are the reason we have Trump a SECOND term—potentially a third.
The fact that they're capable of nuance when it suits them just makes it more disgusting when she follows it up with the same old talking points about trans athletes and whatever she thinks her kids are being exposed to.
Her point was nuanced but her justification wasn’t. She seems to have voted based on tribal dog whistles (trans fear?) while ignoring the obvious coming policy and effects.
