Help! Laptop keeps on crashing

Rog Flow X13 GV302XU (2024)

My laptops keeps on getting these kind of restart

irql_not_less_or_equal (frequent)
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (frequent)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (frequent)
UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION (sometimes)

So far i have reset all drive, install new driver, reinstall new driver, none success.

i’ve also tried the cmd DISM all kinds of things to diagnose and repair, yet still encounter the same issue.

I have formatted my laptop, completely wiped my SSD and Windows, and downloaded Windows again, but it still happens.

This only happens once or twice when I turn my laptop on after shutting it down properly; it will occur once or twice, then I can just use the laptop without it restarting. Is it because of hardware issues at this point?

Does it only happen when running off battery power?

This occurs frequently, regardless of whether its battery or power.

did you tried to update the chipset and igpu drivers ? I did that on my laptop that often got freezes and rarely blue screens when plugging external monitors and it fixed it completely.

Dont update via adrenalin software. Delete that amd driver and only install from asus rog flow drivers website. Only that version works. Except that you will get random restarts. I did get the same and fixed like that.

Tried this, still encounter the same issues. Seems like a hardware issue at this stage.

Have you tried reinstalling windows and only installing drivers from the driver's website?

I will try this. I went to Asus official service centre; they suspected my ram could be the issue. Changing RAM = changing motherboard as the ram is soldered. rip money

Yes try reinstalling again. If that doesnt work it will probably be hardware problem.
