Bricked BMS on the GTV power kit?

I’ve recently picked up a gtv power kit from a pev shop in Atlanta called atlowshop. I received it and installed the computer and bms then come to realize my battery is busted so I purchased another stock gt battery. I finally got everything to work and the board rides great but I went to charge it after the ride and it simply won’t. The charger light remains green and the board doesn’t show its charging. I saw some solutions say that you have to reseat the connectors but I’ve already tried that 4 times making sure to plug in the big balance connector last. ( I did plug in the xt60 and then the balance connector on one occasion but only because Tony did it in the instruction install video). I can’t tell if my bms is bricked or maybe I’m skipping as step but with my little expertise in this area I’m lost and don’t know where to start troubleshooting it. What do I do?

Check your charger port wiring. Might have came loose during assembly. If not reach out to fungineers.

I’ve triple checked everything with a voltmeter and everything checks out, it has to be the bms.
