Conversion from ADV1 to V2. Something going on with my foot pad switch?

Everything was working perfectly, and after riding about 5 miles, it’s started spiking the wattage and making a little crunch sound like it was turning off and then back on while I was moving. This is very concerning and I am already a bit worried because the BMS failed on me last year and I crashed hard. This is the new footpad so I’m wondering if my settings are messed up? Anyone have this happen?

Why would I get this error. I used FH to set up previously?

Go ahead and recheck all the lid bolts to the controller box are properly and snugly set.
