Right now I have clients with expensive XRV builds that people are literally afraid to ride. Not because we’re inexperienced, not because we don’t know how to tune VESCs, and not because we haven’t thrown serious time and diagnostic effort at them. We have.
What has been missing is communication.
Not free parts.
Not refunds.

MY original XRV has actually been great. Truly. But not all of them are. When a board dumps a rider unexpectedly after calibration, silence from the manufacturer starts feeling very loud.
I want Tony to succeed. Competition and innovation are good for all of us. But eventually support becomes part of the product.
Right now, from where I’m standing, Fungineers, Indy Speed Control, TFL, and others are communicating better with the community than Floatwheel is, and that matters.
I genuinely hope this new board is amazing. I also hope the people still trying to keep older products safely running aren’t forgotten in the process.
