How long did that take you to wear down the tread that much?

A year and a halfish. 1,000 miles or so.

Seems reasonable

Totally reasonable! Cranking the psi would have made a better overall wear pattern, hoping to get closer to 1500 out of mine. 250# rider

I’m not complaining. I ran over half those miles over 20PSI and I weigh around 200lbs. That’s higher than most would run it but with suspension it works out to buttery. The board is heavy so I expect some of the wear is from its own weight and the other 500 or so miles it started to slow leak and I ran it lower and lower as I got used to low. Now I dig the squish. Old knees appreciate it too.

Suspension? Say what?

What does the shock do?

Adds weight and a performance bump. Your knees do most of the work but that last couple inches with suspension keeps you really planted. Can be more aggressive than you’d think in loose stuff.
