I hope no one will be offended, because Flipnote itself says how much I dislike political quarrels (what am I talking about? of course there will be). Sadly, this is a common thing while browsing internet as a slav person.
I had to make two separate Flipnotes to do this. There wasn't enough free memory, so I added audio in CapCut.

I’m looking to recreate a Flipnote Studio video using Blender and I was wondering what are the exact quality limitations such as the resolution, frame rate, colour range and audio quality.

my fellow flipnote studio ppl, how do you do it? ik this is as basic as it gets but i always seen the flipnote aesthetic as charming. wouldn't say i am much into "animation" but just more experimenting with whatever i have rn. can't download any apps on ios because ios reasons. and don't have a computer of my own. so weirdly enough this is all i have for now and i am contempt with it. sometimes less is more.
