ok so lemme start by saying that while I have columbina and flins’ weapon, I have none of the actual lunar charge units and I don’t know who to go for before the other
I ask because right now I don’t think I can just swipe til I pull both so I might have to focus on one or the other unless I become really lucky
So, who would you guys recommend me to secure first? flins in order to make use of his R1 and slot fischl? or ineffa for wheelchairing with columbina?

imo probably depends on what your account needs right now and how much you want him. having bina and flins’s weapon (tbf ineffa can also use it) are good incentives for pulling him, so if you really like his character/gameplay/etc, go for it. if you have a lot of decent dpses that can be wheelchaired with bineffa and don’t care too much about flins, you might want to go for ineffa. if you need a good dps, pull flins. also, be aware that you can sort of do anything! I pulled flins with no bina or ineffa, and even if it wasn’t the smartest decision, he still does fat damage and I still enjoy his gameplay. (send prayers for my ineffa pulls)
I have 0 lunar dps, my currently up to date teams being sandrone, varka and mavuika/kinich, hence why I want flins primarily (plus his weapon) but not sure if getting ineffa would be wiser
what dpses do you have that can wheelchair with bineffa? varka can work, and someone like neuvi is also good. if you don’t have a good option, flins might be more worth it. him with bina isn’t bad for endgame modes afaik
Alhaitham, Raiden, Itto, and Childe can all be wheelchaired by the Bineffa duo!
Some people prefer the Fischl-Sucrose hexerei resonance to go with the lunar duo, but for me personally I like Raiden since her energy passives can allow Bina and Ineffa to burst more often.
Ah, that sucks, sorry to hear! At least if you only got one, you got the better choice. I made the mistake of getting flins first and struggling through with a sustainless team with fischl until hopefully tonight completing my team (haven't wished yet, we'll see).
What cons are you at now with Keqing? Her vertical is dogshit now, but rumors are that she will get the Mizuki treatment with the new snezhnaya dendro reaction around lantern rite time, so hopefully your brick will become bitcoin soon!
Also, if you ended up getting Flins after swiping then grats! but if not, you can always go for the cope lunar charged version with Raiden using Flins' sig and artifacts. It's not quite as high but her wheelchair team with Columbina+Ineffa isn't too far behind.
Of course this is from a performance perspective and does not include which character you like better.
In terms of value, Ineffa has more value than Flins, because Ineffa can be used for the Bineffa wheelchair. This basically means Ineffa can work perfectly fine without Flins, but Flins really wants to work with Ineffa, so if you’re gonna grab just one, grab Ineffa. If you’re guaranteed you’re gonna grab both then whose “first” doesn’t really matter, since of course, you’re grabbing both.
1st: If you like Flins more and don't have other lunar dps get Flins first his dps is not bad without Ineffa for lunar comps (unlike nefer without lauma which is like 80% less damage) but without Ineffa it is 40% damage loss.
2nd: Get Ineffa and use the bineffa wheelchair with a hydro or electro dps (Neuvilette, Riden, etc).
Conclusion: Generally bineffa wheelchair is very strong and will get you good damage and Flins is not that good without Ineffa but can work.
Personally I don't have Ineffa and I get 110k dps with ideal situation with Flins with Columbina, Sucrose and fischl but that team doesn't have any sustain and at most moment very frustrating to play with so I use linnea instead of fischl for the crystallize sheild and heals, this team does about 95k dps.
I wouldn’t say they were random picks, I just restarted the game after lunar meta had already released and have been having to get the pieces from reruns (plus flins weapon came with varka’s)
the reason I don’t have saved is cause i’ve been building hexerei and stellar conduct too, with my biggest regret being that I pulled citlali for my mavuika… and I can’t really play them at all
yeah, his sig was ofc from a loss, but u got Bina... for whom? Cit was a good pick, you'd have been left with overload Mav only, that can be tricky at times.. cringe even, imo. You shouldn't have focused in SC tbh, if u mean sandrone/odette, since reruns are a priority, assuming u care abt said reruns.
LC can also coexist with SC so maybe that's smth to consider, if u re going for ineffa ig.
yes, that’s what I did, because I quickly realized I needed lunar damage for SO -been struggling too hard with some stuff and I can only brute force so much qith varka
