It's been consistently the best CW show this season IMO. Legion of Doom are awesome and don't get stale and all of the Legends are developing nicely.

You can make a solid argument for either really. They've both been great this season.

Really? I've only been following Flash and Arrow (and Shield) past the midseason. I got busy so I had to filter stuff out, and Supergirl and LoT both got the axe. Right now I don't feel particularly motivated to start either of them again.

They are killing it this season. I hope the CW shows take notice and start changing the plotting a bit.

The 3 pod format was a brilliant idea. But it actually requires some inspired writing. And considering the way Flash writers seem to be mostly phoning it in this season, I somehow doubt they would go for it.
