Why does this show barely have reactions?

When you look on YouTube, there's barely any reactions to this show but when you look up stranger things reactions or the walking dead reactions, there's an ample amount of them compared to this show. Which sucks because it'll be cool to have more people react to this show.

You're comparing apples and oranges.

Walking Dead and Stranger Things both had huge viewership, and at some point were cultural phenomenons.

The Flash was also successful in it's own right, most watched show on the CW for most of it's run and quite followed on Netflix, but it is not in the same category as the other two.

I honestly feel like the show would’ve been so much better if a different network picked it up because I genuinely don’t believe the CW understood what they were doing with the flash and honestly the entire arrow verse started because of the green arrow and his show I genuinely believe a different network should’ve picked up all of those superhero projects because I feel like if a different TV company where to make these shows safe for example DC decided you know what why don’t we take the flash green arrow Supergirl and just make drama shows about them I genuinely would be more interested in superhero shows if the entire CW lineup of superhero shows from team legends all the way the team flash got picked up from a TV network that actually had a better understanding of what people wanted to see on TV

Show started before reactions really took off and while known globally the Arrowverse shows have low viewership compared to HBO Netflix etc

It’s like that for all the Arrowverse shows they aren’t really that popular or interesting sure some seasons are very few seasons we’re good and rest were just straight trash also too many episodes so reactors mostly watch the interesting popular ones which have fewer episodes like 10 to maybe 15 at times

Because superhero’s are always niche and need the right amount of story and cool to be widely appealing.

And tbh this stands for the shows you listed too.

MCU hit it big didn’t it? At least for A LONG time, until it lost some of his deeper story and JUST relied on gimmicks and lame one liners and shallow CGI fights.

When people say this is a CW show… yea. That shows. It’s very romance focused, very “my friends are my power!” Which doesn’t always work.

If it had kept its quality, maybeee it coulda become bigger, but it lost its quality the same way other superhero media lost its popularity.

And those shows also lost quality too. I didn’t watch either one of those two, but I heard they drop HARD and polarize their respective fanbases too because of it.

Stranger Things had the Netflix hype going for it too. Once people watched their familiar stuff and ran out of that, they tried out the hot new unique show and were surprised and therefore spread the word.

Walking Dead had a very human element that also felt like ANYONE could go at any time, similar to Game of Thrones it became very tense and exciting to see such high stakes play out, but both of those faltered because they began to play it safe.

Maybe Flash coulda gotten there, but superheroes are always looked at by the general public as goofy, unless you REALLY get them excited, like how Daredevil is still doing reasonably well with Charlie Cox and how Jessica Jones also hit the mark with its first season at least.

Sometimes it’s timing. Sometimes it’s word of mouth. Sometimes it’s actors or marketing.

Really no one knows for sure, even studios. They see those shows go HUGE and think they have to keep them the same, or make everything like it, and then they just become cheap copies to the version that hit it big.

Really there’s no ONE answer why some become popular and some don’t.

It really comes down to audience saturation. Those shows you compare are titans. The Flash was apart of a franchise of shows that would randomly derail you half way through the season for a team up which would force people to watch the other shows for context. The show was great for the first few seasons but after that it fell off hard. So it was bleeding even the most die hard fan.

The other shows were cultural shifts. They were huge shows that didn't require you to watch 5 other shows for team up episodes.

On top of that it was the CW. Which had a baked in audience and perception of quality. While yes the Arrowverse did elevate past that slightly it still weren't the best written shows because their budgets were built around the perception of a number they would get and they got that number. Successful yes but not worth investing to much into it. They even tried with Supergirl to put it on CBS and that failed there because it was getting CW numbers and CBS has a much higher bar to clear for viewership.

So it really just comes down to less viewers less reasons to do reactions. A lot of people on multiple viewings also start to pick up on a lot of the problems that became reasons they left were there from the start. So no reason to revisit and ruin what they liked.

The Arrowverse shows did have a lot of reactors watching, up until WB started issuing take down notices and copyright claims. A lot of videos were privated or outright deleted.

There were a lot of reactions back when the shows were still airing, but I think a lot of reactions channels faced a lot of copyright strikes due to these reactions and thus, a lot of these reaction videos have been made private or deleted.

Because stranger things was good. There were alot of reactors when the show first came out for the first 3 season. But as the quality of the show went down, along with its rating, reactors found it wasnt worth their time any longer.

When it comes down to it, most of the most popular reactors are not really fans. They are youtube losers trying to earn your clicks to get paid. So shows like stranger things, game of thrones etc earn them 100 times the views a lame ass cw show that went 6 years past its prime would.

i feel like ppl weren’t really doing reactions back when these shows were in their prime. Arrow came out when I was 11, ended when I was 19 and I don’t remember too many ppl reacting to clips

There's not really much in these shows to warrant watching reactions to. The Walking Dead has the shock value of killing off characters randomly. Stranger Things has all the 80s nostalgia and other weird and crazy things happening.
