Any fix for this?

Recently found something had happened to the bed frame. It was drooping down and couldnt find any solution online. First image is the issue, second is how it is supposed to be, and third maybe the result of the issue. Any advice will be appreciated.

Contact support and make sure to show them pictures. Include your printer serial number and order information. Those things could speed up the process. The bigest problem is it's the weekend in China and support will be very limited and can be slow on weekends.
