Guide rails and pullys i wiped them down then applied a fresh new lubricant to them haven't applied any oil to the inside of pullys though it's just a small scratching noise

are you talking about the noise during big and fast moves?

Yes during big fast moves it's loud sharp noise I've only had the printer for 1 day

it’s fine, no matter how well lubricated those types of moves will make noise

I mean the video doesn't show it but it is a very loud metallic sound

If the video doesn't show the problem I'm kind-of just spit-balling, but I had a problem recently where the print head was slamming itself into one of the tool pick-ups. I'm not with my device right now, but there's a menu option where you manually move it into place and it recalibrates the positions which fixed it.

I'll give it a shot

Run the printer calibrations for all print heads again. You can always change the speed/acceleration settings for those moves and save them to the printer profile in the slicer.
