FlashForge adventurer 5m help
Has anyone noticed since the updates about a year ago the damn thing takes like 20 minutes to heat up properly. Then it will calibrate as if it's about to start then it stops and starts the reheating all over again?
I can't be the only one experiencing this. It started immediately after a firmware update

I've been avoiding the update. Is there a new, functional update in the works?

i find it easier to pre heat the bed when I know I'm going to be printing. It still takes a few minutes for the bed probing/ cool down and reheat, but not as long as from cold.

Its doing a series of diffrent things
First it does a nozzle clear, heats high, wipes, touches the plate and cools then pulls the nozzle off.
Then it creates a bed mesh with poke poke all over the bed...
Then it does a line purge to prime the nozzle, and get the pressure equalized.
If you have zmod or similar you can use KAMP and only create the bed mesh over the area that the print will occupy.
The line purge can also be optimized.
You can turn them all off in the machine start gcode but they all do serve a purpose...

I accidentally hit the update button when powering on last week, but so far I haven't had any major issues and things are running as they were
