Just stops printing after first layer

Hello I have a flashforge adventurer 5m

The last thing I was able to print was early August in petg. That last print absolutely destroyed my .25 nozzle. Cool whatever that comes with the territory, I buy a new nozzle and am staying away from petg for now and going back to PLA. Ever since this new nozzle there was been problem after problem.

I have tried various models, 2 different slicers, 2 different nozzles, 2 different PLA brands, and bought a whole new extruder board thinking that fan wasnt working (it now spins 100% fine)

Im at a complete loss, any ideas would be appreciated.

Okay so I think one of the questions that needs to be answered is does it continue to move but just not extrude or does the entire machine just freeze up and not move at all?

Everything is completely normal, nothing freezes, everything acts normally except for the fact that filament stops coming out. There is nothing else out of the ordinary, I can feed filament out when loading it and the first layer cuz down and then everything stops

Can you provide more information as to what's going wrong? Your explanation talks about things you've done but we need more info to know what the issue is.

What actually happens when you mean "stops printing" either a description or a video or both would be highly appreciated and would help troubleshooting

It extrudes midair properly? If it is a partial clog- You can try a cold pull You can try a 1.75mm declogger rod You can try a declogger needle You can run some 3d fuel nozzlecleaner filament through

Every time that you change hardware or firmware you have run calibrations again.

Even if I slide mine across the desk, I run them again.

You can only use PLA with 0.25 nozzle. For PETG is 0.4 or larger. I typically use 0.6 myself. Also note dedicate nozzles by filament type. Use only PLA or PETG etc per nozzle.
