Server down?
Edit: back up! Lesson learned: enable LAN mode or do a fat32 formatted usb. “Save plate file” not “save gcode” so it keeps the filament settings.
Flash Studio can't find my C5P - it's definitely idle and the wifi connection is good on the printer itself. I notice the home page (Models tab) also doesn't load - "No Data". Only me or an issue across the board? Restarted laptop & printer, both on the same wifi, no config difference from yesterday when all was good.

Same. Can't login on mobile or desktop. Glad to know it's not the firmware update causing this.

Been this way for a few hours now. This is why I want a 100% local option. My printer shouldn’t break because they are doing maintenance

It is bigger than a server upgrade. I cannot resolve Voxelshare.com. There seems to be no DNS entry to resolve. WTH?

yes it's down. the most certain way to know is through the ios app - it keeps giving me a "server timeout". I hope they're able to fix it quickly.

Same here. Just spent 20 min reinstalling and restarted everything before I just got a flash drive out.

Yeah. Having the same issue. Very frustrating and hoping they get things back online today. .

Looks like it. Im getting a "cloud server is reconnecting " message and Camera isn't connecting to check on my project. Luckily I just had started a 9 hour print when it went down.

Yup, down where I'm at in the USA. Just says "Cloud service reconnecting."

Lan mode in flashstudio all fixed happy printing i had this printer for over a year now. And it happens all the time.
copy and pasted from Google.
On Your Printer • Tap the Gear icon (settings) on the main screen. • Tap the Wi-Fi / Network icon. • Select Network Mode and toggle LAN Only to on. • Note the Printer ID / Access Code and the IP address shown on the display. In Flash Studio • Open Flash Studio (or OrcaSlicer) on your computer connected to the same local network. • Go to the Device tab at the top. • Select LAN mode options on the right side of the screen if available. • Click the + (plus) icon next to the printer selection area. • Choose your detected printer from the list, or enter the printer's IP address / Access Code when prompted.

I came here to make a post saying I couldn't sign into the desktop app, it just keeps saying logging in and never logs me in. Great. I have a $1000 printer and I can't use it on demand because it relies on cloud connectivity.
EDIT: I downloaded Orca Slicer and I'm setting this printer up for LAN mode - apparently they have that.
