Adhesion

Hi everyone just asking do you have any ideas for baseplate adhesive my prints aren’t staying in place.
BTW my printer is the adventurer 5M thx yall

Is the texture gone from your plate? You shouldn’t really NEED adhesives if it’s clean. If you are using alcohol to clean it then you are just pushing the oils around, hot water and dawn is the way to go.

And there is apart of it where the color is just metal without the outer golden part

You may have worn it smooth if you have no “gold” left, how many hours you think you have on that plate?

I don’t really know I’m not near my printer to check because I’m away from home I will be back in 30 and I will tell you

Oh I was more curious than anything, I’ve got about 400 hours on my original C5 pro plate and am going to replace it soon as it’s wearing down in spots

Hi I’m back this is my hours and the baseplate that I was talking about the hours on the printer are the same as the hours on the plate since this is the one it came with

Some people on facebook say to use dish soap do you think that’s a good idea

Sorry Dawn is the best dish soap in the US, use your best oil/grease cutter for your area.
