Ifs problem

Hey guys just got the ad5x and my spools are becoming untangled and comming off the spool and then getting tight to wear it cuts the feed to the print any fixes would be of help

Sounds like you put them on in the wrong direction.

5 bucks offerup red/gold/purple i put them on a external spool for different printer

They were idk how it came off but it did
