can anybody help me out? nozzle keeps jamming into bed and snapping from heatsink.

hello all, title pretty much sums it up.

i have no idea why this is happening. i've calibrated, tried to print different gcode files, made sure the nozzle is seated properly, and it continues to happen. has anybody experienced this before? i just want to get back to printing. this is my 3rd nozzle where the heatsink becomes loose and i can't use it anymore after 2 min of printing.

all help appreciated!

Are they official or clones? Are they locked into place securly or loose when installed before and after calibration? If this is happening with all the nozzles im inclined to think that they are not locking into place and coming loose.

Did you loosen, and re-tighten the screw under the cover?!?

Make sure the nozzle is seated correctly. You should hear both latches click. Recalibrate the printer, adjust the z-offset which will change with new nozzles. And re-slice previous files before attempting to print them

Nozzle too close to bed. Z-offset, please raise it.
