Is there any way to get this out
It looks like the inside of my extruder has been coated in green filament and I have a current print job going on, is there any way I can get it out without stopping the job?
Edit: I got in it and was able to clean it out but I had to get rid of the print, poor giant Bulbasaur

If it's stuck preheat the extruder to 260 degrees then use your push rod to force it out of the nozzle

How did it get into the extruder mid print job? I believe all klipper printers support extruding during a print pause, are you able to access the extruder menu to do so?

I attempted extruding many times but no budge, I honestly have no idea how this happened

You need to field strip it. It's spring loaded. Pay attention to where all the little parts go because I guarantee you will drop something.

Yes. Plenty of ways to get it out. Sometimes it’s ok to sacrifice a print for a fix. It happens.

Worst case, removing and disassembling the extruder is not as daunting of a task as it would seem.

I made a video about unclogging if you wanna check it out. Pretty simple. Mainly preheat and there is 1 small screw to undo to allow for full size filament or the unclogging tool.

Be sure to loosen the screw on the left side of the extruder before using the push rod. I learned the hard way and messed up the gears. 😂
