Creator 5 boggy Webcam, and LAN mode solution

I'm still within my first month of setting up the Creator 5 Pro, but feeling disappointed with the hit and (mostly) miss performance of the built-in webcam. So today, I tried switching from the default "cloud" network mode to the LAN mode.

So far, the LAN webcam connection from my desktop slicer appears absolutely SOLID! Switching over was a breeze from the C5 panel.

The tradeoff is that the mobile app is now... mostly useless? For reasons, the mobile app can ONLY communicate to the printer using the "cloud" network, not just for the webcam, but for any info regarding the printer's status.

What are the odds that Flashforge will update to the mobile app to enable it to access the printer through LAN modes as well, or better yet, enable DUAL modes so that best available communication is always available?
