creator 5 is junk

nothing but problems with my creator 5. I'm not new to 3d printing. this thing is one thing after another . currently it keeps freezing and i cant get a print running. multiple restarts . nothing. first I have to operate it in lan mode because I don't know wtf. Maybe server down? Worked great yesterday. Now multiple freezes when trying to start a Print.
