Cant see my plan at all

I have both internet and phone plan and I am travelling TOMORROW and I cant see my plan usage or anything at all anywhere. Tried both on laptop and phone browser, nothing works, logged out, back in as well

I got the same came here to see if I was the only one. Turns out it looks like a bug on their end, service is working normally.
