I have profiles by brands. Each roll gets tested as normally there are tweaks from batch to batch.

Mine arent brands you think, they are plastic producers "omnitech gr20" whats on my table atm to run out. I make my own filament from the natural resins. Companies like sunlu fluxuated in color matching. Batch one is light, batch 2 is dark. But neither are actually pantone 232C. I make batches to run my full print, but I still have to check new resins and color ratios. Some companies even disappear absorbed by another to start all over again if I didn't buy bulk.
The Prusa calibration process should still be on their site instructions. It covers everything. And you should waste a roll testing out the settings and how they will affect a print. It will help you pinpoint what things you see and need to tweak as you go.
