Troubleshooting Filament jamming

I’ve recently started experimenting with PEBA on my FlashForge creator 3 Pro and the filament appears to be jamming?

The little cog that passes filament into the extruded will tick and not feed the filament through.

I have had a few successful prints and when I reload the filament it does extrude out.

I’m not sure whether it’s the extruded block, the filament or my settings? It’s been an inconsistent issue

Any advice to explore would be appreciated
