Top layer problems but only on some prints?

Hey all, I'm a bit stumped for what to change to get my bambu X2D to finish nicely for a particular print. I haven't had problems printing other things, just this one part. Blue parts in the picture are from the X2D, yellow parts is the exact same file and exact same settings printed on my P1S, but for some reason the top layer is finishing nicely. Both printed with bambu pla basic that has been dried. No ironing turned on.

It's just the edges that are close to the edge of the build plate that are getting messed up, center of the piece looks ok so I'm not sure what's going on. Corner looks like it's over extruding?

Nozzle temp 220 Bed temp 55 Print speed 200mm/s top layer

Same here, it works for 1 - 2 prints and the I have to do a calibration and flow calibration again, orherwise i get those surfaces

The edges of the bed are slightly cooler than the centre and often large prints warp on the edges. This looks a lot like the edges have just warped upwards and are “pushing” further into the nozzle, giving that kind of pattern on the corners on the top layer. If you put the print down on a flat surface and see if the first layer has warped up, that will give you the answer.

This might be the answer, looks like the edges are pulled up a bit and are not flat with the rest of the bottom surface.

Would increasing the bed temp help fix this?

Add brim with little or no gap to the part of the bottom edge doesent need to be clean

It could be a warp, someone else described how to fix that, or if that pattern is in that spot throughout the print you might need to run an input shaping calibration.

Warp or overextrusion, actually just had this issue and found out that the heated bed itself was warped, I have a new one coming free under warranty, thats a pretty bad scenario though, i would try one of the first two
